Context
Winners Group operates across 6 countries in Central and Southeastern Europe. The existing app wasn’t meeting expectations, neither visually nor functionally. A complete redesign, moving away from the old branding to a new visual language. New UX, new UI, new design system.
One app, six countries, one design language.
Design system
For consistency across countries and two products (iWinners, WinnersBP), I designed a shared design system. Color palette, typography, spacing, components. All in Figma, ready for developer handoff.
The outcome
A clearer, more intuitive way to manage financial products. Insurance, mortgages, investments, savings. Users see their entire portfolio in one place. Complete UX process from research, through wireframes and prototyping to final UI design.
