Context

WAY Industries manufactures LOCUST skid-steer loaders and BOŽENA demining systems. A company with 50 years of history and a network of 250 business partners. They needed a new spare parts ordering system because the existing one had specific pain points that service technicians ran into daily.

The main challenge was that the parts list for each machine had hundreds of components. No standard catalogue would work. We had to figure out a way to quickly find the right part in that volume and order it without unnecessary steps.

WAY Industries context

Hundreds of parts in the list. The job was to get the technician to the right one in a few clicks.

Result

Complete design phase in Figma. From initial research through wireframes and prototypes to final screens with a design system. The entire MVP was ready for development, though the client ultimately decided not to move forward with the project.
