I-Living

Context

I-Living is a home textiles and mattress e-shop. It never went through a single big redesign. Instead, the site evolved gradually through a stream of smaller changes spread across years. Every update had to work with what was already live in production.

My role was UX/UI design and frontend. I wrote most of the frontend code, built on a Simplia template. The collaboration lasted ten years and gave me a different perspective on what iterative development actually looks like in practice.

I-Living website evolution context

No big launch. Just gradual transformation where every ticket pushed the site forward without disrupting what already worked.

Result

A functional e-shop that went through a decade-long evolution without a single planned relaunch. Frontend largely my work, built on a Simplia template. Consistent visuals across the entire site, including specific sections like the mattress studio. Checkout unified into a cohesive purchase process.

I-Living final website state
TL;DR
  • Years of collaboration, iteration by iteration.
  • Gradual modernization of the site without a big launch.
  • A collaboration that only works when both sides know the context.
